It's a shame that nobody has shared with all of us your family happenings. We know that Banx arrived, Jonathan left, Logan came home and left again. I've heard that Laura and Harrison are coming for a visit. We are fine. I stay busy around Hillsboro, Rachel is busy teaching and going to school on Saturdays and Will is winding up his first year of graduate work at Auburn. Brandi, Sidney and Olivia Shankle seem to be doing fine, also.
Love to you all, Dad(Pa,Wayne etc.)

Hi Guys! I hate to admit it, but the main reason I don't update everyone on what's going on with the Brown family is because I can never remember how to post on this blog! I've got facebook all figured out, but this is a challenge for me for some reason. I've spent about 10 minutes trying to post a new blog entry, but all I came up with was being able to make a comment on Daddy's blog.
Oh, well. We are fine. Our sweet Logan made it home, and as Daddy said, is gone again. But Russ, Michael & Ruth-Anne were dying to see him, so I felt pretty selfish trying to keep him here any longer. He is enrolled in the 2nd block of Winter Semester and is enjoying himself immensely! He & Russ are roommates, so Russ is having more fun than he's had in a long time. (You can't help but have fun when Logan is around.):) Ruth-Anne has been accepted into the Elementary Education program at BYU and will start those classes in the fall. Russ just passed the national and state real estate exams (a requirement from his job at the commercial real estate firm) and is now studying for the GMAT. He will apply to MBA programs this fall. Michael & Carissa are working hard. They are having our first grandbaby in June, and we can't wait to see how beautiful and wonderful it will be! Carissa works with a deaf & blind child at one of the elementary schools in Provo and Michael is taking 18 hours this semester while working part-time at the BYU student employment office. He will have a class or two to take in the Spring, and then he will be all graduated! Michael has been accepted to Samford University's Cumberland School of Law and the Law School at the University of Miami. We've still got our fingers crossed for the University of Alabama (his first choice).
Larry & I are plugging away at work. We are planning to go out to Provo to see Michael graduate in April. It will be so nice to be with all the kids again.
Take care.
Love y'all!
Julie
P.S. If anyone can give me a little inservice on how to post, I would be very appreciative!
